This number calls and when I don't answer they just let my voice mail run with out saying a word. How weird Right?

Get 2 to 3 calls a day.  One thing, my house was under someone else's name, that is now gone.  If it's about reverse mortgage, I can't use that because I'm not 62 yet.

I started to engage with American Advisors Group (a Reverse Mortgage Company), but when I found out how little they would give me each month and how if I failed to keep my house painted every year, and if I could no longer afford to pay for home-owner's insurance with their ever-rising annual premiums beyond $3,000.00, they would foreclose on my house, toss me into the street, and take all of the equity the house afforded.  In short, these people are really loan sharks preying on low-income seniors whom they think are desperate.  No reverse mortgage, no matter how sugarcoated they make them sound, is worth it.  The Federal Government even makes you pay $120 for a two-hour consultation with a reverse mortgage councillor.  That's a red flag right there.  Then they want you to fork up $650 to hire one of THEIR appraisers to come to your house and undervalue it, so that you do not get enough money to pay for insurance, R. E. taxes, etc.  And voila!!!  They've got your house.  Please. anyone out there reading this, just take the call and blow a fog horn or Acme Thunder whistle in their ear.  They really deserve it.

This is a number that keeps calling daily.  There is never anyone on the other end.  I too am on the no call list which means nothing!

Caller ID says American Advisor - they call once or twice daily.  I don't pick up and they don't leave a message. Annoying!
