215-634-1004 is the "American Advisor Group" or AAG.  They are high-pressure reverse mortgage people who are also extremely tenacious.  I tried to set up a reverse mortgage on my house and found their contract heavily in favour to their corporation.  The monthly income I was to receive off the equity in my house was pitiful.  I declined.  They kept calling me repeatedly.  Now I get these Robocalls that ring once, my Caller-ID tells me it's them.  They target senior citizens because they see them as natural-born suckers.  Don't any of you ever sign a contract with them, because if they even see a piece of peeling paint on your house, they'll scream "foul" and foreclose on the reverse mortgage, saying that you failed to maintain the house.  What a racket!
