Yes!  This First Pacific Marketing does a lot of illegal stuff. They have been known to spoof Caller ID's, call from blocked numbers, use pre-recorded messages, etc...

And then this call center, Outreach Marketing, is very rude.  They refuse to answer any questions and will simply hang up you if you ask ANYTHING about their company or who they are.

These businesses are bad news. Too bad they can apparently get away with this crap!

Guardian Referral Services highers Outreach Marketing to make the calls for the Legal Firm "Legal Network of America".  You see, it's illegal for Attorneys to make cold calls so they beat the system by hiring Telemarketing Firms to make the calls for them.  Legal?  I'm not sure.

Thank you for the posts! Their autodialer hung up on me but now I know I can ignore calls from this number in the future. Our small business is attacked daily by scammers!
