Credit card company.

called on cell phone two times in a row.  did not leave message.

This caller calls my cell atleast 10-20 times per day M-Sun. and never leaves a message. if you want to get ahold of me then leave a message!!! calling over and over makes me not want to answer bc its just down right rude!!!

Apparently since I didn't answer their other calls - using a different # they are now trying this one.  They call at least 5 times a day - usually more!!  This is quite irritating!!  Especially since they do not leave a message! I will NOT answer this number as I do not recognize it!!

i agree. they play games and call from like 5 numbers with different area codes trying to trick you. then when you do answer and talk to someone in regards to your acct they harass you. i made a financial hardship plan with them and they still call me asking where is my payment. they dont even check their notes in the system before they start dialing for $$$. i cant wait to pay them off

been getting a lot of calls from different numbers like this...I do have a GE money credit card but I am not behind on it, so I believe this is a scam!  I will not give anyone any of my information over the phone!! any really credit card company will send out a letter as well.

so they've called me twice now, and both times it was a computer saying "hello, (my name, totally mispronounced), please press any key to continue"... um, no? I'm not stupid!

these are calls from GE Money Collections regarding one of the cards they manage.

They are calling because a card is far past due.

Not true this is GE Money, and they will sometimes start calling the day it is late and are quite aggressive, so don't expect to be flooded with dunning letters before receiving a call.

Gotten calls from these numbers and others. Is there any way to stop this?

They call when it is 1 day past due and continue to call frequently even after you made payment arrangements.  I was getting my child ready for school and missed the call, but I do know I am 19 days late - not FAR past due - and I already spoke to them on a different "Private Caller" number, making arrangements to pay both payments on the 26th.  

This #, the private caller and an Arizona # (480-707-4008) are apparantly all GE Money Bank.

I told them over the phone that I DO NOT owe them money because the company that set me up with them filed bankruptcy the next week and vanished in a puff of smoke.

I blocked unknown numbers from my phone after they continued to call 5 times a day and then the calls from this number started today.  I have added all the other numbers you guys have listed to the blocklist on my phone.  Check with your phone manual or your service provider to see if you can do the same.

I do have an account with them but it has never been late and I always pay more than the min. I must get 5 to 10 calls a day. I will not answer from restricted or unknown numbers and they will not leave a message as to why they are calling. I have called them and demanded that they are not to contact me by phone only by mail. This is my legal right. So, far it has not worked. I will give them 72 hours and then I will report this company.

This person or company calls my number on my cell and work several times a day.  Never leaving a message .. I don't answer numbers who don't have an ID name or I don't recognize the number I want them to stop

What you can do after answering, if you notice there is no one there, is to immediately start hitting your # button on the phone, 6 or 7 times, as quickly as possible This confuses the machine that dialed the call and it kicks your number out of their system. Gosh, what a shame not to have your name in their system any longer !!!

I also hate getting calls all day, with no message. When I do answer and speak to someone, and tell them I cannot talk because I am at work and cannot take personal phone calls, the caller keeps talking and talking. This is so frustrating. My bill with GE Money bank is due on the 9th - today is the 13th and I get paid on the 15th. I pay this online. this happens every month!

This is in fact GE Money Bank. My account is currently 2 days late. I was unable to pay online like I usually do b/c I was in D.C. with my family for the inauguration and did not have access to a computer. They called me approximately 25 times in the course of 5 hours while I was on the mall. What a life!! Extremely annoying I may add. This has happened twice and the people do not check the system before they called because once, i had already paid the bill online and a woman continued to call demanding a payment.

This number calles 5 or 6 times in a 3 hour time frame, puts you on hold, disconects before talking to you. I finally had to call them back and hold until a nice Indian Lady answered ( must have been trained by Benificial).This is G.E. money Bank ( Didn't we just get thru bailing them out?)I guess they want some more!They charge 29% interest and a 40.00 late charge. Thier sure gonna miss me when I pay them off in full in a few days. Take my advise, if you need medical care, or a trip to the Dentist, dont let any Office People talk you into applying for one of thier cards. PAY CASH!
