Did not answer, did not leave a message.

Said he was Mr. Scatter and asked some personal questions for selling something, I don't know what it was, I just hung up

"Will" called, left a msg for me to call them because they want to discuss my business. I don't think it was a live person, probably just a recording, though very real.

This is an IRS scam call. Computer generated voice. Obviously not Americans. Here is the msg:
“Various emergency and time sensitive we are calling you from investigation team of I.R.S. We have just received a notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired in next 24 working hours and once it get expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are 4 serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 949-945-9023 I repeat 949-945-9023 thank you.”

Same as above comments. We received a msg. after hours from a man saying "Hello, this is Mr. Will. I am looking for a local Contractor and I need the owner to call me back. I have questions about what you do. My number is 949-945-2138.

Same thing happened to us. SCAM!!!

Called quite late for a week night.  Caller id was NEWPORT BEACH CA.  Already blocked for me.

"Will" called to say he was looking for an office with certain qualifications, asked if we were interested in accepting new patients and everything, but didn't identify his company. Seemed like a hoax to me, especially since it sounded like he'd said the same thing millions of times before (like a recorded message) and he didn't even attach a company name.
