This is a sales call from someone trying to sell 'shares' in this company -pre IPO- as they had described to me.

They send their literature via FedEx to avoid any issues with the US Postal Service, you know - like being charged with mail fraud if they are found to be in violation of any securities laws or rules.

Not much beyond what is published by the owners or operators of this deal is being found online, so I would advise caution if you are considering this deal.  

I have to say that being offered Concrete vs Gold, Silver or Oil & Gas is a welcome relief, but the illegal cold calls to my number that is and has long been registered on the Do Not Call List are most certainly NOT welcome by any means.

This company is NOT registered in my state to be offering, selling, pre-selling, etc. shares of anything.   This is the first Red Flag of a potentially bad deal for the consumer.  

Thus, proceed at your own risk.   I'm not.  I added these telemarketing baboons to my DND list and I will never hear from them again - until such time as they call from a new number.    Probably tomorrow....  :( !

Actually, mail fraud enforcement DOES include commercial carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc... Along with fraud sent via commercial carriers, the US Attorneys Generals and FBI investigate and prosecute USPS mail fraud.
