I received the same text with the links from 951-218-2291. had links to you tube and it was from James.
I did not open but is definitely spam.

Received text spam with YouTube link. Did not open.

I thought this was a text I was waiting for. Not even close. Did this drop a virus on my phone? How did my number get to this person. IDed as Jim which ismy husbands name

I got a text about a you tube and then they texted James.....

Recieved a text with a link to three YouTube videos and it was signed "james....."

Recieved the text copied on the button of the screen. Followed the links to some uneventful songs. Phone appears to be fine so far... a bit worried that these links add they are for a "youtu.be" link, I'll be paying special attention to my accounts just in case.

Did not open links, just went to Google this number and found this is happening to others.

Also received a text with a youtube link.  Did not open and reported it as spam.

Thanks for posting here.  Also got 3 links to youtu.be and will not open them.

Youtu.be is actually a youtube site. it's a URL shortener designed for youtube video links.  shortened URL links save precious character space while still giving the reader an idea of what he/she is about to open.

However i still would not open them.

Jeez, I just received a text with a link from this number.  I regularly receive spam phone calls but have never received a spam text, and I am going to immediately block this number to put and end to it.

Spammed me youtube links like everyone else. If you go to them everyone posting a comment about how James sent them. Probably just trying to get their view count up

Same info as others. Received message from 951-218-2291. I did not open it and deleted the message.

Same complaints as above....  "youtu.be" link signed by ...James.  Didn't open.  Added to reject list.

Just got a text from this number with three youtube links and "James....". Didn't open them. Who the F is doing it?

Got a text in the middle of the night with the YouTube link and James ....  So ridiculous! Deleted and blocked number without opening.
