They say they are from SMB document processing and if don't call back a summons will be delivered to my home or business. The contact # to call was 951-239-3108. (called from 336-252-2785) They call my son's cell, he called back. they had my name and his dad ssn and said it was sprint from 2012. Had Verizon forever. they said debt was $300 but now $900. of course when I call from my cell it goes to a voicemail

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance and they don't give you the option to pay your way out of being served which is what these scammers will tell you if you call them back. Just block and ignore the calls if you can.

they threaten people who don't know better. which is sad.

Saying they were gonna send a summons  and pay it . But that just said and they bug they called three times back to back.

IF there was a summons, you would NOT be warned.  BLOCK THEM!

Got a call from them last week.  Blocked the number.  Called from this number today 336-252-2785.  Told to call back at 951-239-3108.  Same people.  Same message about delivering a summons, blah, blah, blah.  Blocking this number as well.

This number is most definitely a scam and they don't have anything against you if you do get a call from them. Just block the number and ignore all related calls from different numbers!
