A call was received from this number that disclosed 3rd party information and threatening to serve papers. This number will be reported to the Attorney General Office for third party disclosure which is in violation of the Fair Debt Communications Policies. This call had to be from a debt collector but was not identified as so. They never asked to speak to the debtor only if this person lived at this address and what their intentions were. "Third party disclosure" a big no no.
