Called twice within an hour. Left message about my tax filings and I have 4 cases against me.  Robo voice with poor grammar, and I haven’t filed taxes yet.

Called my wife's cellphone, which has been getting a few scam calls, lately.  This is one more.  She didn't answer but the robo-caller left a message, which was chopped off at the beginning:

"...orders which will get expired in the next 24 working hours.  And once they get expired, after that, you will be taken under custody by the local cops, as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment.  We would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you.  The number to reach us is 951-286-6761.  I repeat: 951-286-6761. Thank you."

That is transcribed word-for-word, bad grammar and all.  How does anyone fall for this?  Unbelievable.  I've received that same exact message from other numbers.
