- JanI just got this same call this morning dropped into my phone without a notification as I was next to my phone all morning. Automated voice message (not artificial sounding like most robo calls) from Mike Adams who doesn't say what company he is with and spouting something about federal reserve lowering interest rates and time to lock in 3.25% fixed at no extra cost and no fees. Then he give this number to call him back 951-289-0599. Suspect this is a scam to steal your personal information. If you want to lower your interest rates on your mortgage you should NOT do so with someone calling you over the phone which is likely a scam.
