    Shannon was extremely rude. They are a scam. Claiming a debt was owed to an apartment I left and paid the amount before I moved out. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she was rude and refused to transfer me. I don’t know what game these people are playing but thank God I have proof of payment.

    Which is not necessary as they must prove that you owe the debt.  You do not need to do anything to prove that you don't.
