Do not know who these characters are, called twice tonight 40 minutes apart.  I called back after 9 p.m. PST and got "this service is not available at this time" due to maintenance or some such.  They call with all different extensions/variations of this number.  If you jerks read this board - No caller id, no message, you are blocked!  DNC does not do a d*(& bit of good.

Rethink the list not working. It does, but not against dishonest telemarketing. Honest telemarketers obey while crooks don't. Returning calls to unknown numbers is good for keeping your number popular among pests since you confirm your number works. If you got that message when calling the number, you can throw honest telemarketing out the window. Those 'jerks' aren't likely to see your message, so prepare for them either by blocking unwanted callers, or making sure they get no chance to leave you messages.
