Wanted a call back at this number. Said documents are being prepared to be delivered at my home or place of employment. Caller ID was 704-315-5621.

same thing happened to me and I did not call back   not wasting my time on a scam

Stated they were calling regarding a civil suit with my mother.

Said they were calling Crystal Theisen regarding a case number. This is not Crystals number.

They said that I made a sleep number purchase in 2014, which I did not do and they had court documents needing to be delivered.

left a voicemail for another person's name on my number threatening action, the lady was very rude!

Same experience, left a voice mail threatening action. Seems like a scam.

Said I need to call back to sign documents or they will go to my job 951-326-8382 number to was different than caller ID

Same thing they just left a stupid message for me saying that was for somebody in Knoxville. That’s probably deceased gave a name for a legitimate person, but had the phone number mixed up. The voicemail said that they would be preparing documents and this would be a proof of their attempt to contact by leaving a voicemail, blah blah blah just a scam, but it looks like they’re doing it Today a lot because it seems like a lot of people are posting on here from today

This number called my sister looking for me threatened legal action if she didn’t give them my # for documents that need signed TODAY…

I just got a call from them. And they left a message on my voice mail. They are looking for someone I knew that died years ago. And they are preparing documents for legal actions for a dead person. These SCRAMMERS are so STUPID!😁 😂 😀 🤣

Had someone from a 678-661-8592 local GA. number call and then said I had to call back a 951-326-8382 number otherwise papers would be served at work or home.

These people called my son's phone left a voice message with my name stayton I needed to call them cuz somebody had a complaint on me and there's documents that are being filed and that I need to sign them Even left a case number. The number they called from was 951-326-8382 I call BS.. I feel like this is a scam

Same scam, saying to call 951 # to get documents delivered or come to my work.. no indication of why they need to contact.. # they call from doesn't match..

Complete scam.

I called them back and let them know the person they were calling about it deceased. She looked into it with the case number. They did know the person was deceased and informed the attorney. They said the case is being closed. I am not sure this really is fake.

This is the voice mail ….“The They are They are unable to reach you at home. They will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment in order to stop further action from being taken. You will need to contact the issuing agent immediately at 951-326-8382. This call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts being made to notify you…”

Left me a message regarding a bill from 2006 to 2010. Saying the card has not received a payment. Never asked my address just want to confirm it I had a card from a place I never heard about f. Got the same message that they are preparing paperwork so and I need to call this number 951-518-8224 but the number came from Georgia
