This is a debt collector Portfolio Recovery.  They buy debts from creditors then harass the person saying they are collecting for the creditor...no they are not they are collecting for themselves.  I keep a log of time called phone number that called and date.  When have enough to show harassment I will file with the AG

This number appears to be tied to both Anderson's Paralegal (C3671026) and XO California, Inc. (C2111851).

According to the California Secretary of State Anderson's Paralegal is FTB Suspended and XO California, Inc. is FTB Forfeited. Although the company's tax information cannot be given out to just anyone, I do know from the field of work that I am in, is that when an entity is FTB anything, it means the Franchise Tax Board stepped in for failure to pay taxes. How are those two entities tied together, and what do they have to do with Portfolio Recovery?

Why did you look this numbe rup? Did they call you? Who did they claim to be when they called? What did they want? If they didn't call you, why are you here?

Called few times did not leave msg then called twice more with no caller ID. Blocked.

Left no message, as usual. Someone used my phone number on a credit card and it’s my number they keep calling. I have no debt and I am not the person they are looking for, they don’t care

Portfolio Recovery... over 1,000 numbers blocked over the last 4 months... 3-5 times a day from different numbers. These people need to go to jail
