Caller calls, not idetifying themselves by anything other than a first name, trying to get PRIVATE information about a someone who isn't me (but is related to me).  When you try to call back to get your number removed or tell them that you aren't at liberty to give out any information on that person, they call you names and tell you that you are rude for not cooperating with their scam.

Caller tried to get personal information about a relative and has made 2 phone calls to me. He said he represented a credit card company that this relative never had dealings with. On the second call I told him never to call me again. He said his name was Conrad Masters.

David Noble was the person that we spoke with. He stated he was an Attorney from Carona Caifornia. He threatened to attach our property (but due to $100,000 homestead protection that is a lie). States that he was going to have the Sheriff come next week to serve papers for collection. He told us to beg all of our relatives and friends to pay a long ago debt. This was already done before by a woman but I can not remember her name.

I researched it the last time and found out that a lawyer had a building and was renting offices to a collection agency but the agency kept stating that they were the lawyers, Problem is they were not listed as lawyers in the state they were calling from and did not know the law in the state where I live. They are just dirty collection agency and do not follow the law! It's all bull but they harass everyone !!!

Company called threatning legal action. They are not professional at all and are very rude,and claim to be calling from an attorneys office. This is nothing but a scam. i will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office.

I got a call from a blocked number, answered it, and a guy named Conrad Masters tells me that I owe 1800 dollars for a credit card that was long ago paid off. I argued with him that this card was payed off, and he became belligerant and cursing at me, telling me that I was going to be arrested, my car is going to be repoed, that he is going to report me to the IRS. I asked to speak with his superior because I could not have a professional conversation with him, so he puts me on the phone with a even more belligerant [***] John Noble. He tells me the same things, that he is going to take everything from me, and that I won't have a pot to piss in when he is done with me. I was scared and upset. He told me to give him my debit card number right now or he will just go ahead and take everything, and I can go to jail, my car repoed, report me to the IRS, and so on. I asked him to give me an hour so I can call my father, and he said no, I had to give him my debit card number now. Luckily, I gave him a wrong debit card number. He had me going at first..I decided to google Conrad Masters' name and I found that I was not the only one he tried to scam. Both he and John Noble need to be stopped, the things they said to me were terrible, and I am very upset that people like this are allowed to operate. They need to be put in jail!!!

I talked to these jerks too, and they need to be stopped. John Noble and Conrad Masters were the ones threatening me.

I received this call,12-7  from this no.  (my  ph. no. was the person they were calling phone  no. over 4 yrs.ago) I returned there call to explain this, MISTAKE ;; i was asked was I sure I did't know him, look around and see if I seen him. then told I did not sound my age,, then he tells me my name in  full,address, zip code , and ss no.!!!and  correct age.!!! I asked how he got that ??  he says he worked for F B I, and had could get the info.  I told him I was calling the better business bro.  his remarkes .go ahead do what you think you can do!!!   I did call the Federal trades office in WASHINGTON  DC, AND FILED A COMPLAINT.

I just got the same phone call and they where very nasty to me and talked about my family and the type of car my husband drives and he had outstanding tickets.  That is when I knew something was up cause no one in this house has ever gotten a ticket.  He also told me he was a DA looking for someone we knew which we didn't I have called the police cause of what was said and he threaten me.  They need to be stopped.

I have receved 2 calls so far from this group - trouble is the person they are looking for is not me, but someone else with the same name as me - the other phone # they are using is 951-340-3073 - if you google that you get more complaints about these people.  They were very rude and said my parents should've dropped me on my head when I was a baby because I was rude to them - all I asked was what the call was about - and he went off on me.  I guess I'll be getting these calls every other day until they find the right person to call....I filed a complaint with the FTC also.

I been gettin harrsaed by these guys since January and me not knowing almost gave them $560. I will contact the FTC as well and report them. I talked to Conrad Masters, David Noble, and some other guy who was probably the same dude yelling and screaming at me with degrading comments like the person above was speaking about. I'm glad I followed my gut on this one and looked them up!

I got a message from this number today (3/11/10).  The lady gave no name but told me that she
need to talk to me about a place I rented stopped renting in 2006 and also about my current residence
which I also rent.  She went on to say that it was very important that I give her a call back because
she needed to get information from me.

The call just did not sound right to me.....I'm so glad I did some internet research because these calls
are obviously scams.  Be careful people.
