    "Hey my name is Ron marrow I'm calling around the neighborhood just because I sold a property in mine and I needed to put that cash to good use and I saw you had a property here I wanted to call to see if you would be open to an offer if you are can you please give me a call back here on my cell phone 951-355-2236 thank you very much."
