It's not "extremely racist". Not speaking English COULD mean someone is undocumented. It DOES mean they are calling a whole lot of people ... why could that be?
If they call me again, I'm going to answer "immigration" or maybe "migre".

Called my parents at the exact same time. Called back and she answered and said "wrong number" and then hung up. I'm hoping this isn't a scam. Anyone have anything happen since this call?

First of all it's MIGRA,  2ND I would say the same thing and I'm  Mexican American.

Got a call from this number. Didn't answer it and no message was left. Didn't recognize it and I will block it.

This number called both me and my husband's cellphones. While one call left a message, it was garbled and had a lot of background noise with no one talking. This number added to the auto-reject list.

Called again on my cell phone (the first call was on my house phone) Again, a Spanish speaking woman who I told to stop calling me. I then blocked the number.

First call they hung up i called back hour later guy sounded confused.  2nd call received hung up I just called it back & voice prompt says to say name to try connect call.   Sounds like Google voice#.

Called and said in Spanish "hello do you speak Spanish" I said "yes I do what do you want" they hung up.
