Received a voicemail from this number claiming to be from Riverside Superior Court. This is NOT a number for that office. Gave a reference to some account number and asked for a callback. I did not call back, since I don't have time to mess with a scammer's mind today.

Is this really from Superior court

OK, here's the scoop.  I called the number and spoke with a woman who said they are the Enhanced Collections Division of the Superior Court of California, Riverside County.  I said I could not find this number listed anywhere for that agency.  She said, the main number to the county court is 951-777-3147 which is the number published on the website:

She also said, if people have any concerns regarding calls from any other number to call this published number and provide their name.  They will get you to the appropriate department.
Keep in mind that any number can be spoofed and scammers are clever so initiating the call to the published number will avoid a potential scam.
