This number calls constantly, but never leaves a message.

It's a collection agency for HSBC. They asked me how I wanted to pay my 400 and something dollars and when I said I wasn't working, he asked me who pays my bills. I told him it was none of his business, and he said it was his business, and then I told him I wasn't gonna pay it and to stop calling because this is a cell phone number and if they know it's a cell phone, they can't call it. Then I hung up, and put the number in my blacklist.
