This number keeps calling not leaving any message... telephone reads something as "research center"

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states do not allow them to call on their state DNC laws which can differ from the federal.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling.  YOU have to take action to do that!  (google is your friend).  Consider buying a call blocker from your favorite store if nothing else works.

NO ONE from 800notes is calling you!!!  Purchase a phone that can block calls.

This number has been calling many times on the house phone and each time I did try to call it, it would either say it was a researcher center or it would hang up on pickup. Truly would appreciate that this number stop calling since it is so annoying
