Caller left voicemail about my student loan repayment.  I don't have and have never had a student loan.  SCAM!

Received a message from someone called Anna Scott regarding my student loans which seems to be a scam; the message sounds electronically generated, although they've done well to try to trick you with the good voice quality.  The message lists a case reference number that's entirely made up, i.e. has nothing to do with my actual loans.

Absolutely Spam. Have received this call several times about my "federal student loans" which were paid off in full. Transcription of most recent voicemail (2/20/19)  is as follows: " Yes this is Diana Phillips and um I'm calling in reference to your federal student loan um I need to discuss your repayment options there's been some new changes that have taken effect. I would like to go over these with you um if you would please be sure to give me a call back my number is 866-688-9779 and I'm going to give you this reference number if you could please um have this handy when you call back 50511 thank you."
