951-783-1701

I got a call from 951-783-1701 didn't answer, unknown number to me, and no message was left. Now it looks suspicious because 10 days ago I got a call from very similar number ending in 2, 951-783-1702. Same thing didn't answer and no message was left. Most likely unwanted call (spam, telemarketing, scam, you name it.)

Same thing.. They Called,  I didn't know number so I did not answer. No message left. Looks like another # to the block list.

Came up on my cell as "Scam Likely." Blocked.

They have called multiple times. Finally I answered and said hello and I got no immediate answer until punched the numbers on my phone making a lot of noise for them to deal with and a lady started yelling telling me to stop hurting her ears and I'm going to cause injury to her, I hung up and didn't speak to anyone. I'm guessing a spam call just due to them not saying anything when I picked up right away...and they always call and leave no messages.

Not buying your "story",  pressing a bunch of buttons will annoy them maybe, but won't hurt anyone's ears. You can stop this number from calling by blocking it and you won't have to 'deal' with an empty call again.

Sorry but modern phones don't transmit sounds at harmful levels so didn't hurt anyone's ears.

Called and they left no message. Possible telemarketer or scammer.

Annoyed beyond belief with these people! Same number everyday! Always asking for someone different.

Bogus call said they were the IRS and I was being sued

Got a call from this number saying I was being sued.  I would think that if I'm being sued, I would have been send paperwork in the mail.  Probably a scam.

Received a robot voicemail saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call back for details. Scam; the IRS does everything by mail.

I just got a call on my cell phone and the same thing. They said I was been sued :/

They said the same thing.   They were the IRS, and I was being sued.

They left message.   This is your  final  notice, we have been trying to reach you.   This is the IRS and we are filing a  lawsuit against you.   Call this direct number immediately.  Don't answer or call back to this number.   This is a scam, this not how the IRS works!

IRS suing me scammer, bogus.

Calls 2-3 times a day. Rings 3 times and hangs up.

I did not answer because I did not know the caller. No voicemail was left. I returned the call and the automated system said it was from Spectrum Cable/Time Warner Cable. I called their known customer service line who confirmed it was them. This specific number is from their call center in Riverside which handles escalated technical issues and collections
