Called on cell phone, left no message.

Called and. No message left. Judging from the time between these reports, most likely telemarketer or scammer

They asked for me by name. I told them there was nobody here by that name. They apologized and I hung up. I have no idea what he wanted.

If you aren't going to talk to unknown callers, why even bother to answer the call? All you are doing is verifying that yours is a working number.

Received phone call with no answer; obvious phishing for working phone numbers to scam people. Reported to DoNotCall list.

This number showing VOIP CALLER on caller ID called my home phone Sunday 2/26/2017 at 2:09 PM and only let phone ring 3 times and disconnected before answering machine could answer when I did not. No legitimate business would call on a Sunday with VOIP CALLER shown in place of the company name on caller ID.

Caller is "Statewide HVAC Advisors" http://statewidehvacadvisors.com - They're trying to sell home improvement. Managed to string her along for about five minutes. Real number is 855-630-3312

They call several times every day.  No message.  I now screen all calls.
