 I've asked them to not call me and they are calling me 5 or 6 times a day, even on sat and sunday.

Try a call blocker or blocking the number. If you don't wish to spend money, shut down any answering devices and ignore unknown calls. They give up eventually on numbers that have no answers.

 They apparently sell diabetic medications. But I've made them mad, by refusing to allow their services, and they are relentless, in calling and irretating  me. How can I irradicate this problem?

Try blocking the number. If they're getting any kind of an answer,  they'll continue. Try turning off the ringer, or even disconnecting the phone. You should be able to block the number, though.

Same diabetic phone call, they change their number since callers on Google keep burning their previous ones, download a free app and block their numbers. These people don't quit, some of them sound like they're from India Or have a heavy accent.. same company differet numbers.

Selling diabetic supplies.  I have a supplier already.  They have hung up on me each time I ask for removal from their list.  They call several times a day and everyday.  Please get me off the list.
