I have received several calls from this number the most recent few from Jackie Glenn. She states she works for Western Capitol Group in Murrietta, CA. Her voice mail messages says she is an attorney and must be in court if she missed your call. I have search the California Bar Association and there is no person named Jackie Glen, Jackie Glenn or any version of the Jackie [i.e. Jacqueline, etc.]. Additionally, she has called my neighbors [June 2008], my employer at least twice [ once today and previously in April 2008], both times she was told she is NOT allowed to contact me, stating I have a lawsuit against me and that she is looking for any information possible. I do not know what the game is with the corporation but I do know this company is continually violating Fair Debt Collection Policies, federally and locally. When I stated as much to Jackie Glenn she wanted to know why I was not taking this call seriously.I then stated I only called her to obtain a mailing address so I could mail a certified letter regarding a cease and desist request due to this ongoing harassment by her and Western Capitol Group, she be came incensed and demanded I ask her what this call was about. I told her due to this ongoing "suit", which has no merit because her company has been making these claims as far back as February of 2008, she became upset and ended the call.

I have also received calls from Jackie Glenn who states her name as "Officer" Jackie Glenn, who needed to speak with my husband on a urgent case. She also threw around the words "Litigation" and "Investigation." Scared me half to death until I did some research and found out she is just a bill collector. Her title name within the company is Litigation Officer. So she just leaves off the Litigation part of her title and uses "Officer Jackie Glenn."

My husband is in a dispute with Paypal over some fees that they double charged. He disputed it through his bank and won. Now Paypal turned him over to a collection agency for the amount.

So if she calls and attempts to have you believe she is a cop calling about a police investigation, she is just trying to scare you into returning her call.

I too have received calls from this number... from Kim McRoberts, Dave Stewart, Michelle Jenkins, and a man names John claiming he was an attorney... when they answer the phone they say "Litigation Office".... they said they were from Western Capital & were filing a lawsuit against me.... if anyone knows their address I need it as they are violating the Fair Debt collection act.. I too am seeking the address for Western Capital. I even requested it from several of the people who call. I told them I need to serve them with papers over the fair debt collection act violations they are blatantly performing and they refuse to give the address and then have the nerve to say "Ummm, we are not trying to get any money from you!" Of course I replied why would your company name have "capital" in it if you are not debt collecting. They have even harassed me and MY BOSS [about serving me papers] on several occasion. They are horrible; I would really like to be part of a class action suit against them if there is one. They are totally false, scuzzy and continue to perform illegal federal acts. I do not want money; just to let them know how being harassed and violated at home, and work feels.

I've been getting several calls from a Kim Morgan (litigation officer) at both my home and work numbers. First she claimed that someone from the County Clerks office was going to serve me in the next two hours, but I could clear up the matter if I called back immediately. Needless to say, I wasn't served. Now she's calling back saying I should have been served and to call back to discuss case number blah blah. So much B.S. This lady has even left a message on my brother's machine and he's in California (I'm in Texas). Very unscrupulous.

We have also had a message on our BROTHERS phone who lives in PA...We live in TX.  Message was from a Jackie Glenn stating that she was a cop and that she has a case ID.  We want to be a part of this class action law suit if this does happen.  Harrassment and any other such is BS and she needs to stop contacting other family members!

i too have been harrassed by michelle jenkins who is talking to all my co-workers about my arrest warrent.  calls herself an officer, etc....and just now told me the sherrif would be coming over to my work to serve me.  i told her i knew she was a fake and did research on her and her company and she started to talk down to me, etc....and then finally nhung up on me.  PLEASE keep me posted on the law suit.

Michelle Jenkins and Jackie Glen and now another man has been calling threatening to have my husband served by the Sheriff's Department charging him with "fraud" for not paying a loan from many years ago. At first Michelle told me she was an attorney and his case was given to her to either collect or litigate.  She also told me she had to go to court about this soon and I could pay over $2,000 to keep this out of court and to keep him from being charged with fraud. My husband informed them that he believes the loan was paid several years ago and would investigate before he paid them anything.  They keep calling twice a week saying he will be charged with FRAUD if we don't pay and the Sheriff would be at our house within hours.  Also, this loan is not even listed on our most recent credit reports!  I would like them investigated by the proper authorities and charged!

I used to work for them in 2008- The manager was a good guy. His name was Benny. He left- now the manager is Shenae- she is Jackie Glenn- She violates the law and so does her boyfriend Don Newton- they claim they are lawyers- the owner doesnt know about it.the are stealing from the company also. I am employed by Western Capital. Shenae January is the manager she goes by the alias Jackie Glenn. Michelle Jenkins real name  is Christina Jackson. We violate the FDCPA any time we wish. Shenae encourages us to claim we are lawyers or marshalls or sheriffs. We are not licenced to collect in any state.  This office is in California - which doesnt require one. The owners are 90 miles away and rarely come see us. We smile and pretend things are good because we worry about our jobs especially in this economy. I regret I started working for this company.

Does anyone have an address for this company?  Especially those who are ex employees?  951 is near Riverside, I assume?

i JUST now got a call from her. i was told i was going to be served within the day and that i would have to be in court. that Jackie was a lawyer and i was basically gonna get shafted legally.
i didn't say it then, i but i thought it was odd that a "lawyer" would answer her phone Western Capital.
as usual, when i get weird [***] calls like that, i look 'em up.

The address for Western Capital Group is 41695 Date St suite B Murrieta, CA, 92562 They are not lawyers they are a collection agency. If they claim to be lawyers, ask for their Bar #. Lawyer are required by law to give you that info. If they refuse and still claim to be lawyers- it is a felony to impersonate a lawyer in California. Call the Police.

There are a lot of great websites out there regarding the violations that they perform every single day.  Make honest collectors out of these folks!

This is 1 of 10 small collection agencies owned By Mr Han. He has over 120 collectors working for him under different names... ACMG in Tustin and Corona Ca. The act as if they are lawyers and Litigation Officers. The DO not sue. EVER. They are not licenced to collect in any state requiring one. They Violate the FDCPA all day long.... Let's start a class action lawsuit!

I also received a call from Western Capital Group about a lawsuit that had been filed against me. I figured it was a scam and ignored their calls. Unfortunately, they had really filed a lawsuit against me and I really got served a summons while at work in front of my co-workers. How embarrassing! When I went to court the judge held me liable for the debt, interest included. I was also ordered to pay Western Capital Group's attorney fees, legal fees and the court cost. They were granted a judgment which is now being enforced via a wage garnishment. 25% of each of my paycheck is being taken and sent to them to satisfy this debt. I ended up paying 6 times more than the original line of credit. The judge made it very clear that I owed the money and they had the right to take legal actions against me at any time prior to statute of limitations. The judge also advised me that even if the bank sold the account to a collection agency, the collection agency would have the same right to take legal action. Because the economy is so bad the banks and collection agencies are now using their rights to take legal action where in the past they would have just reported it on your credit report as a charge off. Those of you who posted messages about this being a scam should stop being dishonest because I have pay check stubs to show that they are now garnishing my wages. I should have dealt with this before it got this far! I'm not trying to justify what may have been done to some, I'm just letting everyone know what was done to me!
