The gentleman called and introduced himself as Shane Bentley, my personal wireless account manager. He was very polite, and knowledgeable. He explained that my wireless bill was higher than it should be. He advised of some small changes that he would like to apply to my AT&T wireless account. I gave him permission. He asked me for the last 4 of my social... was a little nervous at first, but then he advised me that it was so that he could verify that we spoke. I didn't think anything really of the phone call until my next wireless bill....

Not only was it way lower than before, but he also got me a $25 credit towards some of my previous overages!
