Female by the name of "Heidi" left a sexy sounding message stating that she had some information for me. DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY!!!

I don't owe anybody! However I just got a message from somebody who doesn't speak English--sounded Asian--I didn't understand the message. There are phoney everythings out there so I wouldn't pay much attention to this one--probably a scam.These guys will pretend to be a debt collection agency then ask for your ID--then you're cooked.

If you have debts, make them send it to you in writing! Also, if you can, pay them off but through the principle company--figue it out, if they don't speak English, just who or what are you paying, and for what?

Got a call from someone named "Desiree".  She tried to sound like a friend.  A collection agency, mine is medical and should have been paid by my insurance co.

this company calls my work several times per day makes up different stories about who they are i work in a dr's office and cannot receive phone calls at work they even told the receptionist that they were from the court and they would put me in jail if i didn't take there call his name was mr jones

Illegal collection tactics - they cannot threaten a lawsuit or arrest.  They CANNOT TELL THE RECEPTIONIST anything at all. Its called 3rd party disclosure
