I also keep getting calls from that number as well not only to my cell phone, but home phone and calls to my job. The person's name is Nick Garcia. This acts as if he's an attorney from a law firm but he's really a debt collector from a collection agency called United States Credit Agency (USCA). I already have a lawsuit going against him and the company he works for. I suggest everyone who keep getting harrassing calls from these fools, sue them to the max because they're major violators.

I received a call from this debt collector, they pretended they were lawyers and i could go to jail...they are nothing but debt collectors threatening people...which is against the law, I have a lawsuite against them for harassment.....they call everywhere, and I told them I am the wrong person they are looking for my initial is S.....they are looking for another Deborah Johnson...

I want to know if they are scammers.... they have my personal information.
