recieved a call from Shawn Carter on behalf of Mike Anderson 951-977-1365 that i haave a lawsuit that he is the paralegal for and that he is calling to collect my attorney information and i asked what it is for and he said that he is limited and i would have to call mr. anderson. So i replied " how are you the aralegal assisting on a case and you know nothing, So i told him to tell mr. anderson to call me and he said he doesn't call i said ok and you dont call me at work any more and he hung up

This guy called me with a heavy indian accent and was VERY rude....kept saying that I needed to LET HIM TALK and SO WHAT IF I KNOW HE IS FROM THE LOAN DEPARTMENT, I NEEDED TO LET HIM TALK. Needless to say, since I WAS AT WORK, I just hung up. Where can I report this phone number for the scam?

I just asked them to stop calling. His response is that is not possible "You B*TCH"

Just got off the phone with them. Didn't spark up a conversation with them because i knew it was fraud. But i gave them a piece of my mind all four times they call.

Since they was very annoying to me i am now doing it to them by calling their phone several times and saying crazy things just like they were.

I just received a call stating I am being sued and that my file will download in a hour to have someone pick me up at my job. I started asking questions, where is my paperwork, what is the matter at hand that you are speaking of etc. He hung up on me as if I am going to call them back with information. This needs to end. I had this happen a few months ago and they went into my bank account.

I got this call too from this Indian people named Mark Smith, David Cooper and David Foster! they called my employer and threatening me like I need to get an atty. coz my name has been charged for criminal cases like for loan or cash advance which I never did! they're asking for $697 or more and if you didn't make any actions w/in 30mins. they'll going to arrest me! stupid of them no one get into jail just because of debts! as if I'm threatened and I'm not fool enough to believed those Suckers!!! Money, root of all evil! Those people need to be in jail!

They just called me multiple times. I told them I knew they were a scam and that if they weren't they are welcome to send me anything through the mail, then hung up. He called back 3 times then left a message and called me a "mother f***er" and an "[***]" then told me to f-off. That is proof that this is a scam.

i got the same phone call saying that he was a ryan taylor and he is a state att. and that the marshalls are coming on monday i looked it up and the guy is a fake. he is going around to scare people. call the police and let them know what is going on.
