    He said I applied for SSI benefits, I have not ever done before.  I asked him for his name and number so I can file a frauldent complaint with the FBI.  he hung up quickly.  This is not the first time that I have been contacted.

    The caller, Joe, said he was calling from Palm Harbor, FL (using a MN area code).  He thought I had hearing problems which is not my case.  He called before about disability benefits.  I told him this is a Do Not Call number and hung up.
