They have been calling daily, I usually don't answer.  Like I said, I tried to tell her not to call me anymore, when she hung up.  But it may be worth trying to say "do not call me" before they hang up on you.  It likely is a computerized dial, which is why it takes a few seconds or more for them to hear you on the line and start talking, so just give it a few.
