I too have had harrasing calls from Bradstreet and Associates one in which he asked to speak to my supervisor, posing as a patient I work at a healthcare facility, after further questioning he kept asking to speak to my boss about my debt. You employee pitbulls at your company... that used intimidation to get people to pay.

My call was also from Justin... asking to speak to my supervisor posing as a patient calling my work. this jerk was also calling my 14 year old daughter, my father and my mother, stating that I owed a wells fargo debt that was settled years ago my belongings were stolen, I suggest contacting consumer affairs and the state attorney generals office this is what I did. The situations the same of all that I am reading.

Recieved a phone call from a "Brad" at 952-715-6814 looking for a phone number for a person I have had contact maybe three times in my life.  The phone call wasn't even regarding me.  Very standoffish and would answer all of my questions with another question. Of course I didn't give him the info he was looking for, very unnerving how he got my number. Might be a legit debt collector, who knows.

I received 2 calls (same day) from Bradstreet (1 -account rep, 1- "Legal") on my CELL PHONE requesting I provide information to them related to a family member they have not been able to reach. I am not even the person they seek!!!!!    What gall!

I plan to meet with my Legal team at work (my Company has 25,000 employees) and will seek legal action IF I AM HARRASSED AGAIN!

I am getting the same guys calling me saying i owe money to Wells Fargo when i have never had a Wells Fargo account! He is rude and disrespectful. He laughs when i say stuff.

I just got a call from my adult daughter who was very upset and asked me what was going on with Bradstreet. She was told that she was listed as a contact.  She said they were a company that sues people and that they'd been sending letters to me at an address I havent lived at for about 8 years! I have absolutely no idea what this is about and am concerned now that I've read these comments about calling them back.

Bradstreet and Associates need customer service training.  Mr. Behringer is an extremely rude person.  This company does not even verify that they are speaking to the right person that they intend to be calling.  I asked for written proof of the debt in which they say money is owed.  He said it had already been sent (to the wrong address . . .which I told him was the wrong address).   He refused to mail anything out .. . basically saying they were too cheap to print it out and put a stamp on the envelop.  He said he could email.   I was willing to give him the new address and the email, but the only thing he wanted to hear was "when is the money coming".  I told him once we received documentation we would like to make a payment arrangement.   According to the post above, they are more than willing to help out with payment arrangements . . . not Mr. Berhinger.   He was so rude it got to the point that I just hung up on him.   At the beginning of the conversation he did not inform me "that the call was be recorded", which is something they are required to do.   The biggest issue for me is the fact that this gentleman did not even verify who he was speaking with before yelling about a supposed debt.

Mr. Behringer wasn't willing to work with us.  I requested notification in writing to ensure the debt was real as we actually worked with Wells Fargo in paying that off.   He said your company doesn't sent things out but could email.  I told him I was willing to give the correct address and email but he was more interested in being rude and wanting to know when the money was coming.   My biggest concern is he didn't even verify he was speaking with the right person before going off on his tangent about a debt.   How does he know he was actually talking to the right person.

Brad from Bradstreet has been calling my job none stop for the past week 3+ times a day telling the receptionist that I had given him then number a few days prior which isn't true I've never heard of them. He then called my sisters cell. I gave him a call back and told me I needed to pay 954$ from an account back in 2007! Which I had taken care of. It was a bad check for 29$ and he's saying I need to pay the 954$ now.! I asked for paperwork and proof of this and he told me they sent papers to and address I lived at 2yrs ago and were not going to resend anything I told them I had an address change the day I moved and he told me to take it up with the post office that it's their fault so I just need to pay over the phone. I told him no not without proper paperwork. He is now proceeding to call me private constantly.! They cannot harass people like this. It's getting out of hand and I am now in the process of filling out the papers for a complaint with BBB and the atorney general office. My uncle is a lawyer and even said what they are going is illeagal they cannot harass you.

These scumbags have been calling ad harassing my employer and hav been told by my employer to stop calling and yet they still do every week. They have broken every law there is when it comes to debt collecting and they are not even licensed in the State of Minnesota. We should all get together and file a class-action lawsuit against Brad Street/Goodrich or whatever they are calling themselves now.

I am not doubting the debt is legitimate, however after explaining my situation they are unwilling to work with me to get the debt resolved. They stated that they charge a large interest rate and that it is able to do so under Minnesota law. I have found no evidence of this in the Minnesota statutes. For what should have been a $500 debt, they are tellimg me it is now $1700. After child support I have $250 every two Weeks to try to live on. It does not work. I told them I could do $50 a month until.it is paid off and tjey were unwilling to accept that as acceptable. This is a lousy company to try to work with.

Got a call from Brad from Brad Street & C.O told me to call him back refers to my mother.

Sorry my mother been dead for so long and if this Brad wants to bring up that then make sure he dig a grave big enough for all his CO and me. Cause I'll be sending them to hell with me and present them to my deceased mother as slaves in the after life.

"Mr. Behringer" is a laughable character.  Refused to agree to send written verification about this phantom debt from US Bank and told me that if I hang up the phone I can expect a lawsuit.  I replied that if he was not willing to provide proof of his claim, then I will hang up the phone.  He was very agitated (I loved it) and he told me "you do and you can expect the Sheriff at your door... He will hunt you down".  What a crock - I almost feel sorry for the guy with his pathetic, sad job.

hi i had or stillhave mr. Behringer calling me on an old US bank account saying i owe 2600 and that he would settle on 1300 but i would need to come up with it prettty much now!. and i got too fed up with how rude he was being. saying i have the gall to say hes not trying to help me. this account was full of bad checks with my signature signed by my mother when i was just barely 18 and i was telling him i'm not paying for something i didnt do. anything that you can prove that was me i will pay but this is not mine. he said stop coming up with excuses etc. and pay it then go after your mom for the debt you paid to us. i hung up on him. and then when i called him back after about a week or so hes like u are a child and stop coming up with excuses why you cant pay it, your not even trying and ive been trying to stop the auditors from going ahead with employement verification and garnishing you wages to help you out. but i havent received any paper work about this. and him saying we will take you to court and we will win and then you will have to pay attorney fees as well. then hung up and called back and he said pretty much too late this is going to the auditors who are requesting to do employement verification with where you work and we know where you work saying the place where i work. and we willhave to process the garnishment of wages.

I am not a professional debtor, I am I  a financial planner.  This company is try to collect a debt from my aunt, which, I have no doubt, is legitimate as my aunt IS a professional debtor.  I have no quarrel with them harassing my aunt. I do object to their repeated calls to my grandmother who has dementia and to my grandfather who has heart problems.  Brad hangs up on them, is rude, and calls them 3 or 4 times per week looking for my aunt.  Monday, he called my grandmother while we were all at the hospital in the intensive care unit, meeting with doctors about my grandfather.  When I informed him we were in the middle of a family crisis and asked that he call my aunt directly, he refused and said he'd wait to speak to her.  I informed him I was hanging up.  I called the next day to provide my aunts contact information, he told me I was a horrible person for hanging up on him, then he proceeded to hang up on me.  This is not a company seeking to peacefully resolve a debt dispute, it is a collective of bullies harassing a frail elderly couple

I cannot believe how many of you there are all over the internet that are having the same issues I am. My debt to us bank was real and I paid it off several years ago. I just want to let you all know Mr. Berringher is a Co-OWNER of the company! I contacted them today and luckily he wasnt in. However he has been harrassing me non stop for the last two weeks telling me I have an attitude and i couldnt resolve this debt because he was going to sue me for double the amount no mater what i did. I told him he was harrassing me and said how he thought it was funny how people throw that word around, and he was going to destroy my credit etc. etc. Hanging up on me, then calling at work and not verifying who he was speaking with!!!!!!!! it was a chance of luck i answered the phone. I told him not to call me at work and i couldnt talk then. There was no reason for his call and after harrassing me some more and trying to scare me he hung up!!! I called the company today and talked to the man who takes poeple to court and he is working with me to resolve the dispute, YES YOU CAN DISPUTE THIS DEBT IF YOU PAY IT! NO MATTER WHAT THIS DAVID BARRINGER SAYS! If you paid it and even if they do take you to court, if you can prove it they wont make you pay it again its unconstitutional. If your sick of calls from this psychotic creep who gets off on harrassing you contact the attorney general. ALL OF THEIR PHONE CALLS ARE RECORDED!!!!!! Beware of JB tactics.  Do not allow this person to push you around.  Essentially, Bradstreet has purchased old debt from US bank for pennies on the dollar.  So say you have a $2,000 debt with US Bank, Bradstreet probably paid $2 for it.  The law allows them to purchase old debt, which is not right.  This law needs to be changed and someone in Minnesota needs to fight for consumer's rights.  The banks already received their money from the bail out of wonderful Obama.  I'm not saying that people shouldn't be responsible for their bad debt, but companies like Bradstreet and associates should not be able to purchase the debt when US bank has written it off and been paid for it by tax payer dollars.  Bottom line, change your telephone number, don't give Justin any of your information to find you.  If he continues to call your family and friends, write him a cease and desist letter - he is required to stop immediately.  Loop holes in the law allow 3rd party debt collectors to continue to line their pocketbooks.  If you are interested in seeing the debt Justin Balfany owes, go check it out here.  Turn him into his creditors and give him a taste of his own medicine.

I agree with the others.  I am also receiving harassing phone calls from 952-378-1565.  The calls are NOT for me, but rather someone who had the number years ago. They refuse to stop calling and, leave annoying messages that put you back into their system.  I have been on the "National DO NOT CALL list" for years.  I plan to report them.  I would not give them any information - they are not professional in the least.
