- FizzyCID said FUTURE ELECT. Decided to play so I answered. Indian heavy accent told me my computer was having problems. He asked me if I was in front of my computer, I said yes. He asked if it was on, I said no (it was. I was typing while talking.). He told me to turn it on. I said ok. He kept asking me if it was on yet. I kept telling him no, it's still loading. (still typing). He kept asking if it always took this long. I said it usually takes 30 minutes. He hung up. Scam scam scam. Took some time out of his day without raising my blood pressure.

- Sick and TiredI didn't even say hello. Just started called saying "Take this number off your list!" Response was Indian voice saying "Really?" I said "Yes, really" and hung up. He called right back. I said "You were told to take this number off your list. If you call again, I'm reporting you." Response was "Huh, well..." I hung up. And then came here to read about the other complaints.

- VegasIndian guy called inquiring about "my computer" told him nice try, don't own one. Normally I just hang up. After a few cuss words and insults about my parents and my gender I called his bluff. I asked questions about how much are they able to scam a person, he said at least $1,000 a day up to $6,500. He said that scammers like him will never get caught because our government is getting money on the side. Americans are stupid and greedy, but he was saving enough money to come over here.... okay... Told me to Google Steve Jobs and why he always hired people from India, insulted America. Said Obama was in on it as well, he wasn't sure about Trump because he hasn't met him yet. (Weird) I compared him to ISIS and was disconnected, tried to call the number back no answer.

- The EyeGuyJust received a call from Eden Prairie, MN 952-941-1977. I decided to answer it this time to see what they keep calling about. Boy, was this guy surprised that I answered! After he fumbled around a bit, he told me that his name was "Jack", which I sort of doubted with his thick Middle Eastern accent. He then told me that he was calling from Microsoft about my computer. That was all I needed to hear, so I hung up. Hope this brief experience is helpful...

- BillStandard "Windows Service" criminal scum calling from India via the internet with a faked Minnesota phone number.
I had time to kill so I baited him along for 18 minutes. He waited for me to 'get in front of my computer, start it up, and engage in some chit-chat. Then he tried to walk me through logging into a control-sharing site so he could access my computer - which of course I did not do I kept explaining that I was retired and do not use the computer much, so I was having difficulty with his instructions. When I ran out of time and 'fun factor' I told him I had something strange on my computer screen that I should read to him. He said OK and I came back with: "It says you are a lying cheating criminal scum thief calling from India trying to steal from old folks and you should go >>> >>>>>>>> because i am a computer engineer" - and for some reason he gave up and disconnected.
These criminals work out of India or Sri Lanka, and cannot be touched by U.S. law - as their local governments don't care that they are stealing from foreigners and enjoy the economic boost they bring in. - PatCalled from "Windows Tech Support", wanted access to my business' computer. - Sherriem4/17/17 10:19 PDT Tried to call just now, but I didn't answer and no message was left. Figured it was probably political and I'm not. Based on "Bothered"'s report, might have been one of the many reported callers looking to record a "yes" response to use to defraud. Will block immediately.
