Caller ID read "Borders"
Asked specifically for someone by name. I said he was unavailable, and asked to take a message or send her to VM and she declined, saying she would call back later. I could hear others talking in the background, possible boiler room.

No idea who they are or what they wanted.

This time, we spoke with a man.
He said our company could get UP TO 2 Million Dollars for a loan.

Called just a few minutes ago. Asked for the owner of our business by name. When I asked if I could take a message, they declined and hung up.

This number has been calling for a week and asks to speak to owner.  Asked to take a message, just hung up.

OMG, this guy acted like he knew the owner and talks to him all the time.  Got
rude when I told him his caller ID name and number was not from anyone
that ever gets to talk to the owner like he claimed.  He wanted my name to report
me.  Laugh Out Loud!!!

So annoying when 949-233-0042 calls every day!!! Never leaves a message, always says they will call back later, and he is so faithful to call, call, call, call, and call again.  Totally wasting my time.
