Received a call from a woman with a British accent claiming to be Andrea Reed.  She scheduled for me to speak to an associate producer named Bob Chenoff and hinted at the possibility of an interview with CNN.

A little research on this uncovered that this is at best a clever marketing gimmick and at worst an outright scam.  According to the sources I found, this call will conclude with an attempt to get a production fee of $19k to $27k.  Of course I canceled the appointment.  If you get this call you may want to do the same

QUICK UPDATE.  The alleged associate producer didn't get my cancellation and called me anyway.  A couple minutes into his spiel I cut him off and told him I had done some research on his company and that I didn't think they were on the up and up.  I then told him that I understood that there would be a production fee requested and that would be quite impossible.

In a most agreeable voice, he said OK, he understood.  He never denied it or offered any explanation.  So I terminated the call.  Seems like the ripoff report I found about this outfit was correct

I also received a voicemail today from Andrea Reed with the same pitch. Thanks to this site I wont be calling her back and wasting my time.

Same thing, but caller was "Russ Pulhamess" (sp?).

This people call and harrass you! Report every call you get from them!!

These people don't take no for an answer. They constantly call and ask to speak to the president of the company. They need to be stopped.

Call from Marie for Neil Richmond of CNN she gave the callback number of  954-379-4392 but caller ID said 954-379-4339. CNN doing a report "future technologies"
