We received a call from an Andrea Reid with the "Inside Business" television show.  She said that their research department had identified our company as a possible match for being interviewed on the show.  She asked about scheduling a time to talk with the producer, Bob Chernoff, to discuss being interviewed.  She gave this number as her contact number.

Other research online and on this site indicated that this may be a pay-to-play scam involving a production fee of $19K, so after initially scheduling a call with the producer, we canceled.

Quick addition to my last post.  The alleged associate producer didn't get my cancellation and called me anyway.  A couple minutes into his spiel I cut him off and told him I had done some research on his company and that I didn't think they were on the up and up.  I then told him that I understood that there would be a production fee requested and that would be quite impossible.

In a most agreeable voice, he said OK, he understood.  He never denied it or offered any explanation.  So I terminated the call.  Seems like the ripoff report I found about this outfit was correct
