Wanted 15 minutes to discuss my company so they could do a feature on us. I asked him if it was a "pay to play" report.  He said they don't like to characterize their business that way but the reference was accurate.

they even called our company although we're located in germany...

Ok so I talked to him! Wierd, they wanted over $19,000 to do a story about up and coming franchises.  My husband knew that they would want money and he was right!

This company is calling all cities between 25,000 and approx. 80,000 in population under the pitch that they are looking at doing a story on "Discovering America" Hidden Gems to Live, Work, and Play. Of course this comes with a 20k to 30k price tag. This is for the show "Today in America with terry Bradshaw" and Insights with terry bradshaw. They have probabaly already signed over 35 cities. They have no criteria other than the ability to pay. you should warn all of the cities about these guys before Coral Springs gets a bad name. Not only has the Florida State attorney general not followed up, but they now have a new so called host. Terry Bradshaw. This poor guy obviously does not know their background. His agent is David Gershenson obviously knows about them but just wants the cash.

I hope that you can do something to stop them from continuing to scam companies and now our cities without recourse. At this economic times where the cities are laying off teachers and other services, they should not be duped into spending 20K to 30K on a PAID PROGRAMMING fake T.V. show. what kind of a person is terry bradshaw that he is in bed with a company like this that is preying on naive companies and cities?
They have had so many different company and show names that they do not even remeber them all. Most of the staff that they claim are producrs are nothing but telemarketers and their so called assistants that set up their calls are just telemarketers as well. Most of the people that work there are scum especially the president and management as they all use fake names on the phone and their emails because their real names are already posted on blogs for the scammers that they are.
This is definitely unlawful and they should all be arrested.
