-

got a call from this number.....  did not answer due to it was an unrecognized number.... no message was left on the voice, but the recording was had a lot of static....then they hung up...

The only message I got was "or press 9 to be removed from further messsages".  No idea who they were or what they were calling about.  Don't recognize the number, don't care.

I've gotten MANY calls from this number.  I let it go to voicemail, but they keep calling back.  Yes, they leave a message about lowering interest rate.

Illegal robo calling. They will not stop. If you can get a person on the line and waste as much of their time as possible.

Received recorded message about reducing credit card rates on my cell phone on 10-22-2012 at 11:00 AM. Since I am in the DNC list I'm filing a complaint with the FTC. By the way, it looks like finally the US Government is taking note of all the complaints we file since their number one complain from people like us are these type of calls. Let's keep on filing complaints until Uncle Sam finds a solution to our problems. My suggestion is jail time for those that wilfully violate the DNC program.

"Hi, this is Rachel with credit card services, there is nothing wrong with your credit but........" It's a scam people. Play along and give them fake credit card numbers, names and addresses such as 1600 Pennsylvania Ave 20006.

I keep getting these type of calls from "many" different numbers. Some crap about credit cards....I don't have any credit cards!!!!  So, I guess it's time to stop diverting the numbers, answer the call, and blow my ref whistle in their ear!!!!!!

I just got a call from here but no one said anything and then hung up on me

Left part of a recorded spiel about credit rates, and to press "9" if you want to stop receiving calls. I just hung up, rather than let anybody know I am even alive. How the heck can pressing any number on a message left on my voice mail do anything, anyway? These people are the sort of vermin for which we need an exterminator.

i also received a call today from this # re reducing credit card rates...seems within days when I do use a particular credit card I receive calls like this - and I am on a do not call register...I too will file a complain with the FTC and have a whole list of #'s to file reports on...really pathetic how these fraud companies try to get away with all the fraud and corruption...

It's a scam call from the "NEW" Rachael at Credit Card Services.   They busted the last set of Roach Motels that these scammers called from, so they moved to a new one and have set up shop again.

Obviously the money is SO good that the last set of fines didn't bother them....

Call received this AM on landline.  VM re lowering interest rates on unidentified credit card.  This scam continues...

I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY also.  I should NOT be getting calls like these!!!!

I just filed a complaint against this number with the FCC.
I found out on another site that this number original owner of this number is LEVEL3 COMMUNICATIONS and present owner is called CALL ANNOYANCE DEPT.

Go to youcantcall.us and read more.

Keep getting this call.  Have no idea what it is for.

Caller hung up immediately after I answered. *69 reported back this number.

Looks like another Card Services scam.

don't know who this is

Robo call, can't get rid of them

Do they think we are so stupid we can press a button on our phone during a message? They NEED to STOP calling. scammers and stalkers(in my book)
