Yet another pfishing/data gathering group, looking to "verify" information on doctors.  Too bad they only have a name, and nothing else, so you aren't actually verifying anything, just (they hope, anyway) giving them info (or not, since we don't tell anyone anything without a written request, and a signed authorization.)  Claimed to be from CIGNA insurance; other problem is, we update to them every 2 weeks, so I'd guess it's just some sleazy group who wants to solicit the doctors.  Too bad; no dice.

Just a follow up:  I called the actual CIGNA number (and it is the same one) and was told there were no requests for updates from their office in the last 30 days.  May be spoofing, may not, but they said they don't call to "verify" what's on the report that they get every week, so it wasn't them.  Whatever...but I'm still not giving out anything to an unnamed caller, no matter who they say they work for.  So there.
