- Mrs. MI just rec'd a call from this number - March 6 2008 4:15pm - I called it back from my office phone using *67 and got a recording that the number had been disconnected and to check the number and try again. Didn't sound like an official silicon sally phone company message though.
Must be a total scam....just won't take their call.- Caller: No Name
- kraz8Got a call from this number for vehicle warranty. Got to a "warranty Specialist" and asked to remove my name/number, got hung up on. Reported them to donotcall.gov, since I'm on the registry. Wonder if I can get their number added to a telemarketing list. Maybe I'll get on spam websites and ask for info with their number...
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Patrick Hewittkeeps calling and will not answer when asked who they are. I have tried to call the number back, but am told the "number is disconected"..
- JustMarried replies to CmarieI bought an all inclusive vacation package to the Dominican Republic from All About U Vacations. I was also told they only allowed 1 call per household and persuaded me to make my purchase that day. I was skeptical, but the lady I spoke with was so patient. When I asked to call her back she stated she was only allowed 1 call, but would hold so I could verify the legitimacy of the company, and also call my credit card company to have them monitor the transaction which I did. I just returned from Aruba which is 1 of the 3 destinations they provided me for only $800.00 which covered all meals, drinks, and bar tabs for me and my new husband. I would never had been able to afford a vacation like this any other way. I know there are a lot of scams out there, but this company is for real. I replied to this because the world seems so skeptical these days, and I would hate to actually see a reputable company be harmed for no fault of there own.
- penfoldJust got the warranty call on my work phone. Chose Option 1 and got a male asking for make and model of my car. I said that I wanted these calls to stop and he just hung up.
Calling back gets the fake disconnected message.
Wonder if we can get the FBI involved for "cyber terror"?- Caller: Scammer
- kcgot a call from this number and tried to return their and got the disconnected recording

- PeteAutomated call to my cell phone that my auto warranty is about to expire. (imagine that. I have 5 vehicles on the road and the newest one is 10 years old with nearly 200000 miles on it.) So I pressed 1 to talk to a live person. They asked me what the make and model of the vehicle is that I wanted to extend the warranty on. And I replied "Hi, How ya doin? I'm Pete!" and the guy hung up.
- Huntsville-galI typically don't pick up the phone if I don't recognize the number. I did so today with this 954-535-9912 number. I said, "Hello," waited a second then hung up. Evidently, the pre-recorded message wasn't keyed up, or the annoyer's script wasn't readily in front of them. I'm glad I can drown all that ringing with my TV remote.

- SpottersNJWe have received a few calls from this number. They leave a message but the beginning is cut off. The rest of the message is a recording talking about "lower interest rates". We have not called back nor do we intend to.

The company is staffed by desperate people working for low wages plus incentive payments for hooking suckers. Yep, Telemarketers.
They called my friend today and when she confronted them and asked the male caller if he knew who she was he said that he did not. She also asked him to identify his company, and he called her a "BIT*H". Well that irritated my friend a lot. And I'd love to meet the bacteria that called her that. I'd administer antibiotics.
If you've got time, lead these phishers on. Give them fake information.
Tell them fake credit card numbers with impossible combinations of numbers.
Stretch the call out as long as you can with answers that sound legitimate but that are not. Important: Tell them to be sure to get your middle name right, and tell them that your middle name is DieScammer and spell it for them. "D-I-E then S-C-A-M-M-E-R". If they don't get the idea right away then play with their heads for as long as you like. They're paying for the call. Remember that they RIP OFF people for a living so don't regret wasting their time or insulting them. OH, and keep a really loud whistle and ear plugs next to your phone. If they call again, press 1, wait for the operator, put in your ear plugs and then give them a healthy tweet.
They called my friend a BIT*H, and for that they have earned my scorn.
- If AT&T and Verizon are too poorly staffed and weak and spineless to disconnect these humiliating scum then maybe we victims need to launch our own counter maneuvers. Blow that whistle loudly. If you really want to make a lasting impression, talk very softly so that they have to turn up their headset before you tweet them.- Caller: n/a

- zizzyballubaThese [***] have called my house several times today, though I was not home. Finally, they called at 8:50pm and I was there. The Caller ID showed the phone number, and " +9545359912 " in a very odd font, in place of a name. I knew better than to answer it, so the machine picked it up. Only those who know it's a fake, will leave a message on my machine

- dpjones101I filed a complaint with www.donotcall.gov. i am also on the do not call list. This is an auto extended warranty company. Souther Warranty Trust.

- What is wrong with these peopleKeep calling my husbands cell. He said the first time they called the tone was somewhat threatening and he didn't catch the name of the company.......let tonights call go to voicemail only because he was in another room and couldn't get to the phone fast enough. Just as well. We file a complaint with the FTC for every single call we get from people like this...even if it is the same company calling several times in one day.....It is their job to scrub their lists before making the calls, if they get hammered, it's their own doing.

- kandai replies to TimI kept getting junk mail, but tonight I just came
up with a good idea of what to do with it.
DUH! its so stupid and simple, I should have thought
of it before.
Just take all the unwanted junk mail
go to the post office and put it back into
the mail bin to deliver again and again.
You can also change post offices and dump the mail
in different locations, even in other states
and see how many times they redeliver it to your house LOL! - sorry service replies to JCPolkCenturytel has sorry customer service.
They don't give a damn about complaints.
They give you this "We don't know what to do" stupid attitude.
You know they are Liars. They must be paid off or
IN on the Scams too. All they care about is getting
their money every month.
Maybe we should drop them and get better service
somewhere else. - BOJOE| 1 replySeem to be quite a few telemarketers as of late.
All using automatic callers, never got so many,
seems like a new trend for this year .- Caller: FT. LAUDERDALE
- LucyI went to bed early last night (I have to get up at 4:00 a.m.) and these pigs woke me up around 9 pm. I stumbled out of bed, thinking it might be a family emergency. When I heard the recording, I picked up and pressed "1" in order to tell them off. He asked if I was calling about lowering my interest rates. I said no, I'm calling to tell you to stop f**king calling me! He hung up on me.
I've read every comment here and took special notice of one several messages above that recommends blowing a whistle loudly into their ear. That is the exact thing I was thinking of doing! C'mon people, let's make these [***] pay! Buy a lifeguard whistle. Press "1," wait for the "agent" to come on, act like you're all interested, speak softly so they have to turn up their volume, and then blast his or her ear with a whistle. Screw them!! These people are PIGS.- Caller: "Unavailable"
