Called our landline mid-afternoon. I answered; Person who sounded like a young girl - maybe 14(?) - asked for me - "Is Julio there?" I said "Who's calling?" In a slow, accented voice, she said her name, which I could not get, and that she was calling "about changes to take place in Minnesota." I said, "What do you want? What are you selling?" She continued on in a slow monotone about "changes". I said, "I have no idea what you are talking about," and hung up. Some kind of scammer no doubt and not a very good one.
