Telling me about a trip at zero cost

I received a text on my cell that told me I won the drawing. I did not text or call back

I received a text saying that I won the raffle, to call this number.   I did not call

Received text message from rispmdonn@complimentaryvacations.com stating I took first place in their drawing and to call 954-606-5302. Did not call or text back

Received text (from fbqktgveu@complimentaryvacations.net) saying "Our monthly drawing has concluded, and you placed first! Call (954)606-5302".  I'll admit, I called it (from a different number), since I signed up for The Walking Dead sweepstakes.  Their "free" cruise was only going to cost me $118 today...  I declined.  

Sent me a text saying I won their weekly drawing.  Did not call it back.  10:57 am.

text- You've taken 1st in our monthly contest! Dial 954/606/5302  I deleted it.

Received a text saying I'd won a free cruise drawing. Did not call back. Glad I didn't!

Got a text about a prize that I hadn't claimed. Didn't text or call anything. Shady sh*t.

Received a text saying I won a no cost trip.

Got a text "YOU have earned a trip for two, paid in full to the Bahamas! Dial 94.606-5302"
Not calling, obviously spam.

Got a message from vmxgdr@vacations or something like that saying I won a raffle. I immediately deleted and did not call or respond to this number. So irritating.

Got a text saying I won a trip on their ship to grand caymans

Received text that I won their monthly raffle....I'm not entered in any raffles and my cell is prepaid, which means it cost me money to get that text and I'm on the do not call list.  I want to know how I can send them a bill!
