I have tried numerous times to have my number removed from their call list to no avail.  954-606-5520 is WCA Subscriber Services.  I have called that number and gone through the removal process, I have gone to their website and gone through that removal process.  I have called an alternate number(800-269-0281) on their website as well as sent an email(optout@specialofferservice.com) to have my information removed.  Not sure how they got it in the first place, but I continue to receive calls from that number.  Most times it rings once and hangs up.

Did you guys attempt to look into e cigarettes? I think that might be it.

I am getting chronic phone calls as well . call your cell carrier and/or go to your carrier's account page and block it. The FCC mandates cell companies to allow up to 5 blocked numbers PER LINE not PER ACCOUNT. It's a south florida number as i live somewhere else but come to florida for the winter. I don't know who it is but as well as blocking them physically. Goto the FTC.gov and/or google the "Do Not Call Registry" once you tell them you do not want calls from both collectors and telemarketers, they cannot call. The problem comes in that there is so much fraud and abuse these days that the FTC cannot keep up with the complaints but you need to report it after 30 days of notification. REPORT them if they continue to call. The problem is people just dismiss it as a pain in the butt ..but if you dont report they don't know it's happening. It seems to may be because i m down here that it happened to be a 954 number (VZN WIRELESS)

I get at least 10 calls a day from this number... Very irritated. When I answer they hang up. When I call back they want me to enter my number, not too sure about doing that. Just want them to stop. And I can't find the free mr. number app.... I'm losing my mind, this should be illegal!

these people are calling from out of the untited states but using this phone as coming from florida??
they will not talk to me but only as for my husband got into a heated screaming match with a male sound like he was Phillpino??? what this stopped they called over and over and over for up to three hours!!! it starts about 630pm pac time till at least 9pm!!!
how do i stop this or report ??!!!  they do not give a name at all ??? just tie up my cellphone line!!!!
i do not have a valation code??? where would i get one?????

I have had over 20 calls from this # in the past 3 or 4 days.  I also called last week to ask them to drop my #, but I have NO idea how they got it in the 1st place!  I think we should all report them to "donotcall.gov".

Ya I had them remove me few months back. Just started again...

have been getting calls from this number every hour on the hour.   starts at 8:00 am and goes on til 9:00 pm..   gonna have to get an atty looks like.

He keep calling and when I answer don't answer.
