I received a call from this number but no one answered after I said Hello twice so I hung up on them.

Call came in saying "Fort Lauderdale FL". The only reason I picked up is because I have a relative out in Fort Lauderdale whose cell phone comes up saying "Fort Lauderdale FL".

Called twice. First time, after saying hello, was dead silence, so I hung up. Called back again within seconds of hanging up and got some recorded message claiming my name has been selected to receive a free laptop, pending guaranteed approval....Scam.

Got to love getting these crap calls on a Sunday.

how long will it take them to realize they are getting Nothing here
no matter what they claim, no matter what they say.
We Never deal with strangers on the phone, Not Ever!
How many ways can I make that Clear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess I will put a message on the answering machine that says

"We Do Not Respond to Unknown Numbers"
"We Do Not Respond to Unknown Numbers"
"We Do Not Respond to Unknown Numbers"

Or

" Blocked Number"

Blocked Number

repeatedly, over and over again until they hang up.
maybe after hearing that over and over a few times they will stop.
