Cell phone call, hung up when I answered.  Very concerned. Why isn't there a FREE service to locate name/company/person who makes these type of calls?  Not EVERYONE is trying to check out their husband-wife/boyfriend-girlfriend or disgruntled neighbor when searching for an unknown number that has called us!

As long as call spoofing is available to anyone who can spoof phone numbers, having a directory of numbers is pointless, since you won't know what number the "spoofer" is actually calling from. If there was such a free directory (like in the old days), then innocent spoof victims would be the ones getting the blame for calls they didn't make.
