Do you know who they are..they call me several times a day...their # comes up as Unknown...they leave a message to call this # back....very thick Indian accent

leave message with really heavy accent about an affidavidt filed in my name and last 4 digits of ss# which they provided.  That is they only reason i called back.  When you call back they xfer you to senior investigator who tells you this is serious and you email, po box and name are being investigated in pay day loan fraud.  I expalined that VA does not allow any one to do payday loans anymore through any state.  i stated i had my reciepts from my previous loan from 2 years ago where could they be mailed and he got nasty and hung up!! MAJOR SCAM!!!!!!

My friend got the same call, but they were looking for a Tiffiny James, I think that is how you spell her name. The guy named James Hogen or Hokin, it is hard to understand him, but I have gathered that he is in The NAO or National Applications Office, and he wants this Tiffiny James to call him vary soon because he has something agenst he S.S. and her job, he keeps calling her looking for this Tiffiny person; he says that if she does not call him ASAP then he is going to report her and she may loose her job and much more.

Called back several times, they hang up.. Its a scam!!!! Do the same to them,,,,,

Yes they keep calliung my job, and stated they are gonna send the police to arrest someone who doesnt work here.

calls myself and wife here and at work dozens of times per day. He names himself as  Mark Williams and his super as Lisa Johnson. They have certain imforation about our accounts. They demand payment on no existant loans and state they will prosecute us if we do not comply. Have contacted loan offices and find that there  are no such people working with them. my only conclusion is that these people are scam artists. If you are contacted by these people, my advise is to contact the Treasury Department or the F.B.I
