Caller does not leave msg. Keeps calling,but I don't pick up. I am on the Do Not Call" list an have an unlisted phone number

Callers have been calling asking for Kent or Ken for the past 18 months. Usually the same guy. I have politely asked him to stop and take me off their list. Calls continue. Has said his name is Paul when I asked who was calling or has hung up.

Calls my cell phone (a 516 NY #) every day.  I havent answered it once.

Called me 8/6/08 @ 10:50AM on my work phone.  Didn't answer it, nor did they leave a message  I am on the do not call list as well.

Calls relatively frequently (2/week) but never speaks when the phone is picked up, I suspect they are trying to leave a message on a machine, or that their auto-dialer is spitting out too many connections for their staffing levels.

Caller identified himself as Garret O'Rorque and claimed to be from Spiker Consulting. He also claimed he and I had spoken back in December about investing in platinum. This was an obvious lie and an attempt to circumvent the do not call list. When I suggested he should stop lying at the beginning of his sales pitch, he told me I should just shut my mouth. Well I didn't, but I won't say what did come out of my mouth before hanging up on him. Asking to be placed on their do not call list won't do any good, if you even make it that far. They're liars and criminals. Laws mean nothing to them.

Call from 954-696-0000.  Said his name was Aaron or Darrin Miller.  Wanted to talk to my husband.  When I ask who was calling, he was vague & so I ask more questions & he immediately got rude & told me to tell my husband he'd called & that he was going to tell my husband how I acted towards him!!  I'm trying to report this call, but can't find anything on it.

It is unclear how this number pops up on my phone evry now and then around noon (619 area code). It's a machine or a agency that keeps dialing ahead of the workers. The origiator is Florida. I just don't answer it.

Called and said we had spoken about platium back in April 08.  I did not recall having any such conversation. He immediately got defensive and tried an aggressive sales approach.  Said he was from Spiker Consulting. I told him I was not interested and hung up.  I've continued to receive calls from the 954-696-0000 number and tried to answer.  The phone becomes dead and the call is dropped.

954 696 0000 calling my Ohio unlisted and FCC "do not call" listed number. They call and claim you spoke with them 9 months ago and asked them to call back. They try to get you to invest in gold. Its a boiler room operation and they are targeting unsuspecting victims. They do not take inbound calls so this is an outbound trunk line they are calling out on. They lie, they cheat and they steal.

Call comes in once or twice daily.  No message.  The 2 times I picked up, the call was dropped.  No communication, recorded or human.

I got a call from a person, claiming I could double my money in six weeks investing in silver. My phone is US Federal Government phone for official business only. Told him that I wasn't interested.

Obnoxious caller,won't leave message, told him person he was calling for doesn't live here anymore.  He got rude and asked why I didn't tell him this before I asked who was calling.  Before I could tell him what I really wanted to say, he hung up.

I received my first call from the number about 5 weeks ago.  I've only answered one time and was told I was speaking with Scott from Spiker Consulting.  I said I wasn't interested and received a hostile response and was then hung-up on.  I've been getting calls from this number multiple times per day since then for the last 5-weeks.

I've been getting the same - 6 times in the last 2 days.  When I call back I get the recording about not a working number.  I found this person once - even pictures of he and his wife on a boat - and address.  The next time he called I threatened to call the police and it stopped for quite a while.  Now it's started up again - 6 calls between yesterday and today.  I believe his actual name is Jack.

I don't know how to get them to stop calling me.  I spoke to a male who was trying to get me to invest in gold, at which point I told him I'm not interested. The calls won't stop though. I am on the Do not call list too.

rec'd call 2 times in last 10 minutes. I didn't pick up. He didn't leave message.

About every 10 days I get a call from this number twice in rapid succession.  Nobody on the line, no message left and when I hit redial I get a message that says the call can't be completed as dialed.  This has gone on since 11/08

Just received a call from this number 1-954-696-0000.
He said he's calling from a Spiker Consulting, then I asked him again where are you calling from? then he hung up.
I googled the number and found this website. I hope he doesn't call me anymore.
