Upon answering I got an abrupt "Can I get the name of your maintenance manager to address my brochure to?" Uh, no! Another fishing call to get someone's name. If you are wise, you won't give out names or titles which is company policy here.

I get a call from this number everyday asking for Maintenance.  I just put her on hold for a few seconds and then tell her that he didn't answer and if she will give me her name and number, I'll have him call her back.  She always says, "I'll just give him a call later".  I say, "ok", and hang up.  Knowing that she will not leave him a message, I choose not to bother sending her to his phone.  He's usually not at his desk anyway.  He is a busy man and doesn't need to be dealing with these kinds of calls.  If she is not willing to give me her name and number, then I know he doesn't want to talk to her.

A lady with the most annoying voice calls multiple times a day asking for various people in the office & in maintenance.  She will never leave a message.
