These crackheads called my poor old mother and told her they had a sheriff standing by to arrest me if I couldn't come up with the money. I sicked my sister the lawyer on them.

They call me at all hours all the time and it is my custom to refuse to answer a caller who blocks their ID. This has been occurring for months.  At one point, they left a message for a Spanish sounding name telling him to call them.  I ignored the message since it is not me they are trying to collect from.  I filed numerous complaints with the National Do Not Call List people, to no avail.  The calls continue to come, even got one today and filed another complaint; but, it does no good.

These MOFO's keep getting my cell phone number and it is illegal for them to cantact you on your personal cell phone. I have an android phone so I use an APP called SPC Super Private Call that hangs up on there ass on the first ring. Lets see how long their going to call. Learn you statue of limitations after 3 or 5 years( depending on the contract) they cannot take you to court. After that they wasted the last 2 or 4 measely years calling to collect your money to pay their ridiculous interest.

They must be calling on behalf of Bank of America Home Loans as that is the only outstanding debt I have.  They call all the time and never leave a message.

Citi is one that I know of.

Scum Collection Agency/Lawyer trying to collect for Citibank....real bottom feeders...don't even talk to them and just deal with them through the courts...they sue everyone hoping you won't respond and then they will get a default judgement...just file opposition motions everytime they file something and they never can produce the requested documents and eventually the court dismisses the case in your favor...

Hi,  I just spoke to my bank who told me that I needed to deal with them directly.  Can you tell me what your final outcome with your bank was??

Please be advised that Zakheim & Associates took over a lot of Zwicker and Associates accounts when Zwicker in Georgia (Lawrenceville) crapped out on following up on accounts and case load. this was due to bad management by their Georgia office manager and lead attorney, Denise Darcel Arnold. Zwicker Georgia has a revolving door of right-out-of-law-school attorneys, usually female, that rarely stay for more than 6 months to a year.

One sure sign that we have researched that you are being called in this manner is if you had previous contact with Zwicker, they totally disappeared, and you start getting calls from Zakheim out of the blue and have never received any mail communication. Usually Zakheim does not have clear title to the debts or judgments from Zwicker Georgia (they are treated as a franchise of the parent company), so you will never receive any official communication - phone is NOT official communication.

Now you know.

These bozo's called me the other day asking  for me by my full name, luckily I have very difficult name to pronounce so I knew off the bat they were probably soliciting or something. So I responded with "may I ask who is calling and what this is pertaining to", the woman on the other line then claimed to be a process server. At that point I told them wrong number and hung up. Be aware that process servers cannot serve you over the phone. And secondly to be a process server in the state of Florida you must be a neutral party with no affiliation to either party(defendant or plaintiff). If they are willing to falsely represent themselves I can only imagine what other lies can tell.

DISCOVER; I was called to show myself to The Judge and I signed accepting they took 10% of my paycheck twice per month for 5 years but then I got fired. Now I have another job and they are calling again. I will not sign! After 5 years I owe more now because of the interests. I asked the Judge to stop the interests at the meeting and she asked the lawyer if we can do that and he said that I signed for it so I have to pay it. I will never sign again. I rather go to jail. Twice a month 10% during 5 years and the company I worked for charged $3 every time for sending the 10% to them. Judges and Lawywers think that this is business as usual when we the slaves are really having a rough time to barely survive.
